The Magic Sleeve system is flexible and modular. It fits a wide range of devices and other stuff. As each Magic Sleeve is lined with magnets, please consult the dimensions listed as “inside (useable)” to make sure you are getting the right size for your intended use. The Magic Sleeve for accessories has been designed to magnet to the exterior of any other Magic Sleeve.

If you aren’t satisfied with your order within the first 15 days of receiving your product, just return it to me in like-new condition and we would be happy to accept it for a return or exchange. Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items to Nedrelow.

To initiate a return with 15 days of receipt, please include the order number with your returned or exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Products for return or exchange should be sent to the following address, with your order number included in the “to” name in the following format:

PLEASE do not fold Magic Sleeves more than once to return them. It can invalidate your return.

We’ll update you when we receive your package (please note that the order number must be included on the package label in order for us to contact you when we receive the package), and again when the return/exchange has been processed. Please allow about a week between receiving and processing of returns/exchanges.

If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have - the order number or the name or email of the person who ordered the gift and we will figure it out!

Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items to Nedrelow.

I'm making everything to order in my studio in Los Angeles. Depending on how many orders I have, it will take 2-12 business days to make your order. Transit time is additional. Domestic orders take 2-8 days transit time. International shipping transit time is 7-28 business days, depending on your location.  If you need faster shipping please email scott@nedrelow.com.

Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options. 

Please note if you need day specific delivery because you're leaving the country, or are ordering while you're in the US, it has to be arranged prior to ordering.
